Invite your planning helpers separately. Choose their role and assign the first tasks.
03 / Make the details manageable
Collect replies, check meal preferences and follow your checklist. Build your reception layout and assign attending guests to seats.
Revisit the plan together as decisions change. You can save a seating plan, print it and export guest details when you need them.
04 / Confirm the final version
Before the day, check the headcount, dietary requirements and room layout with your venue. Review outstanding tasks with the people responsible.
