Do our guests need to create an account?
No. Guests reply through their personal RSVP link in a browser. Only the couple and people joining the planning team need an account.
Can we use Vowilo in Swedish and English?
Yes. The planning app and public information are available in both languages. You can also choose Swedish or English when sending invitations.
Does it work on a phone?
You can manage your guest list, replies and tasks in a mobile browser. For arranging a detailed seating layout, a larger screen is more comfortable.
Can friends help with the planning?
Yes. Invite helpers as planners or viewers. Planners can edit guests, tasks and seating; viewers can read the plan. Both roles can see the guest details shared in the wedding space.
Can we print or export our plans?
You can export the guest list as CSV and print the seating plan with table assignments. Keep these files safe because they may contain personal information.
Is our wedding plan public?
The wedding workspace requires an authorized account. RSVP links give access to the individual guest’s invitation, so treat those links as private. Public search pages never include your wedding data.
Does Vowilo book suppliers or manage payments?
No. Vowilo organizes your wedding planning. Supplier bookings, contracts and payments are arranged directly by you.
How do we ask for help or delete our data?
Email contact@digipic.se and mention Vowilo. For guest details, you can also contact the couple who invited you. We may ask you to confirm your identity before handling a data request.
