Your checklist, shaped around your wedding
Create tasks with a title, description, category, priority and due date. Break bigger decisions into smaller checklist items, then track tasks as to do, in progress or completed.
Assign a task to a member of your planning team so everyone knows who is taking care of it. Search and filter when the list grows.
A useful starting point for your list
There is no single right wedding timeline. Start with the decisions that depend on each other, and work back from your date. These are ideas to add to your own list, rather than tasks created automatically.
- Confirm your date, venue, ceremony arrangements and a realistic budget.
- Draft the guest list and agree on an RSVP deadline with your venue.
- Book the suppliers you need and note their payment and confirmation dates.
- Review replies, meal requirements and the table plan.
- Confirm the schedule, contact people and final details with your helpers.
Make a task small enough to finish
Instead of one task called “sort catering”, try a few concrete steps: collect menus, check dietary options, agree on a price and confirm final numbers.
Keep supplier agreements and important confirmations in your own records. Vowilo helps organize the work; it does not book suppliers or make payments for you.
