1. The service and provider
Vowilo is provided by EQ Web Solutions AB, registration number 559314-1301, Örebro, Sweden. Contact: contact@digipic.se. It helps organize guest lists, RSVPs, seating, tasks and a planning team.
Vowilo does not act as your wedding organizer, supplier, payment service or party to agreements you make with a venue or supplier. You remain responsible for confirming arrangements directly.
2. Accounts and access
You must be at least 18 to create an account and have authority to share the information you enter. Provide accurate account details, protect your password and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
The wedding owner chooses team members and permissions. Share invitations only with intended recipients. RSVP links are private access links and should not be posted publicly.
3. Your content and other people’s privacy
You retain your rights to the content you enter. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to operate, protect and support the service under these terms and the privacy policy.
Only enter information you have a lawful right to share. Obtain a guest’s explicit permission before entering sensitive dietary notes for them. Do not upload unlawful, abusive or misleading content, send spam, interfere with the service or attempt to access another wedding.
The service is designed for private wedding planning. Professional use involving guest data requires agreement on the necessary data protection terms first.
4. Charges and changes
This version has no payment checkout and creating an account does not authorize a payment. Any future paid offer must present its price, scope and applicable cancellation information before you choose to purchase it.
We may improve or change features. Material changes affecting existing use will be communicated reasonably in advance where practicable. We will not use a terms update to remove mandatory consumer rights.
5. Availability and practical limits
We take reasonable care in providing the service, but maintenance, interruptions and errors can occur. Keep copies of important plans and supplier agreements and confirm the final headcount, dietary needs and room layout with your venue.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
6. Closing an account or restricting use
You can stop using Vowilo and request account or wedding-data deletion by contacting us. Guest records can be removed by authorized planners. The privacy policy explains retention and rights requests.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address serious misuse, security threats or a legal obligation. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us about the decision.
7. Questions, disputes and versions
Contact us first so that we can try to resolve a problem. Swedish law applies, without removing mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence. Consumers may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se, where its eligibility rules apply, or a competent court.
