Invite the people you trust
The wedding owner can invite helpers by email. An invitation lasts seven days, and the person joins using an account with the invited email address.
Once they have joined, assign tasks and review the same guest list and seating plan. Updates are refreshed regularly while the app is open.
Choose the right level of access
- Owner: manages wedding settings, team invitations and permissions, as well as the planning work.
- Planner: helps manage guests, tasks and seating.
- Viewer: can read the wedding plan but cannot edit it.
Keep the team small and the responsibilities clear
Wedding plans include personal information. Invite only people you trust: team members, including viewers, can see guest details and dietary notes.
Choose a clear owner for each task. Remove access when a helper no longer needs it, and share exported guest lists thoughtfully.
